What is the warranty period?
Standard warranty is 12 months from delivery covering manufacturing defects. Brand-name components (PLC, drive, HMI, servo motors) carry their respective OEM warranties, typically 18-24 months.
What does the warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects in our workmanship and components we supply. Excluded: damage from misuse, modification by third parties, electrical surges from your facility, wear-and-tear consumables (suction cups, belts, etc.).
Do you provide post-warranty service?
Yes, via AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) or per-call charges. AMC plans cover preventive maintenance plus reactive support — see our Services page for details.
How quickly can you respond to a breakdown?
Within Tier 1 service coverage (Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, AP, Telangana, Kerala): 48-hour on-site response with Standard AMC, 24-hour with Premium AMC. Outside this area: travel-based, typically 3-5 days.
Are spare parts always available?
Critical spares stocked at our Chennai facility — same-day or next-day dispatch typically. Branded components (motors, drives) widely available through normal channels.
Can you train our maintenance team?
Yes. Operator training is included with system delivery. Deeper maintenance training (PLC programming, troubleshooting) available as a separate service — typically 1-3 days on-site.
