What is the typical response time for a breakdown call?
Within Tier 1 coverage area: 48-hour on-site response under Standard AMC, 24-hour under Premium AMC. Reactive (non-AMC) calls handled on best-effort basis, typically 3-5 business days.
Can you service equipment we did not buy from you?
We primarily service Inspra-supplied equipment. For third-party equipment (control panels, conveyors), we evaluate case-by-case — happy to support if the technology is something we work with.
Do you provide remote support?
Yes, phone and WhatsApp support for diagnostic help is included in all AMC plans. Many issues resolvable remotely with operator guidance. Remote PLC access available where the system has Ethernet connectivity.
Are spare parts available?
Critical spares are stocked at our Chennai facility — same-day dispatch typically. Standard motor brands, drives, and PLCs are widely available; we can supply at competitive pricing or you can source directly.
Do you offer training-only services?
Yes, we can run dedicated training programmes for your maintenance team. Typically 1-3 days at your site covering operation, troubleshooting, and basic programming. Pricing on application.
What is your minimum service charge?
On-site visit minimum charge is ₹3,500 within Chennai, increasing with distance. AMC plans waive this for covered systems.
