How do you design EOAT for my part?
We need a sample of the part or a 3D CAD drawing. From this we design cup placement, gripper geometry, sensor positioning, and any specialised features. We typically share a design drawing for your approval before manufacturing.
Can I retrofit your EOAT onto a non-Inspra robot?
Yes, we use standard ISO mounting flanges compatible with most industrial robots. Specify your robot make/model and we ensure mechanical and electrical compatibility.
What about EOAT for very heavy or oversized parts?
Custom engineering — we have built EOAT for parts up to 25 kg with reinforced structure. Pricing scales with complexity and size.
How long does an EOAT typically last?
Vacuum cups need replacement every 1-3 million cycles depending on part surface. Mechanical components typically last 5+ years. Sensors are field-replaceable as needed.
Can the EOAT do sprue cutting?
Yes, we can integrate a small pneumatic cutter for sprue removal during take-out. Adds modest cost but eliminates a manual or secondary station step.
