IMM Robot System

Our flagship product — a complete, ready-to-deploy IMM robot take-out system. This includes the servo-driven robotic arm, control panel, EOAT (end-of-arm tooling) configured for your part, integration with the IMM's signal interface, safety guarding, and on-site commissioning. The system handles the entire take-out cycle: waiting for mould-open signal, entering the mould, gripping the part, exiting, and placing the part on conveyor or container.

Does ₹15 lakh cover the complete installation?
₹15,00,000 covers the standard IMM take-out system including robot, controls, basic EOAT, safety guarding, and on-site commissioning within South India. Complex EOAT designs, longer travel installations, or remote-location commissioning may carry additional cost — we quote transparently after understanding your specific IMM and part.
Which IMM brands do you integrate with?
All major brands — Engel, Arburg, Krauss-Maffei, Toshiba, JSW, Battenfeld, Husky, Negri Bossi, Demag, Boy, Wittmann, L.K. Machinery, Toyo, Niigata. The IMM signal interface is well-standardised — we have integration experience across the spectrum.
How does the EOAT get designed?
We need a sample of your part (or detailed drawing). Our team designs vacuum cup arrangement, gripper geometry, and any special features (e.g., gate cutting, sprue picking). EOAT design and tooling is included in the ₹15 lakh base price for typical parts; complex multi-cavity or multi-shot EOAT may need additional engineering.
What's the cycle time impact?
A well-tuned IMM take-out robot does not slow down your IMM cycle — it operates within the IMM's existing cycle window. In many cases, automating take-out actually allows the IMM to run faster (shorter mould-open dwell).
Do you provide AMC after warranty?
Yes, annual maintenance contracts (AMC) are available after the 12-month warranty — quarterly preventive maintenance visits plus reactive support. AMC pricing typically ₹50,000-1,00,000/year depending on system complexity.
Can the system handle mould changes?
Yes. The HMI stores cycle profiles for different moulds — operator selects the mould, robot loads the corresponding take-out cycle. New mould cycles can be taught using teach-pendant mode.
