Frequently asked questions

Is the controller included in this price?
₹85,000 is for the arm assembly. The control panel (PLC + drives + HMI) is sold separately — typical add ₹70,000–1,00,000 depending on configuration. For complete turnkey IMM take-out, see our IMM Robot System (₹15 lakh complete).
Why mild steel instead of aluminium?
MS construction is more rigid for heavier payloads and stands up to industrial environments. Aluminium is lighter but more expensive — we offer aluminium structure as a premium option.
How fast can the arm cycle?
Cycle time depends on stroke length, payload, and acceleration. Typical IMM take-out cycle is 6–10 seconds for parts up to 2 kg with strokes around 1500mm in X.
Can it integrate with our existing IMM control?
Yes. We provide standard IMM signal interface (mould open, ejection complete, take-out cycle complete) compatible with all major IMM brands — Engel, Arburg, Krauss-Maffei, Toshiba, JSW, etc.
What's the warranty?
12 months from delivery on the arm structure. Servo motors and drives carry manufacturer warranty (typically 18-24 months).
