Frequently asked questions

How is this different from the IMM Robot System (₹15L)?
The IMM Robot System is engineered specifically for injection moulding take-out and integration with IMMs — IMM signal interfaces, take-out geometries, and EOAT for moulded parts come standard. This Robotic System is for non-IMM applications: standalone pick-and-place, palletising, dispensing, etc. Different design priorities, slightly lower cost.
Can the same robot do multiple tasks?
Yes, with EOAT changeover. We can design a tool-change interface allowing one robot to swap between vacuum tools, gripper tools, or dispensing tools as needed.
What if I need a more capable robot (6-axis articulated)?
Cartesian (3/4-axis) covers most industrial pick-and-place needs at the best cost. For 6-axis articulated requirements, we can supply integrated systems using industrial 6-axis robots from major OEMs (Fanuc, ABB, Kawasaki, etc.) at quoted cost.
How long does sequence programming take?
Standard sequences (pick from A, place at B) are programmed in 1-2 days. Complex multi-step sequences with conditional logic take 1-2 weeks of engineering.
